Clean­ing of brack­ets of all man­u­fac­tur­ers

Your brack­ets are treat­ed in a ther­mo-chem­i­cal process in sev­er­al flows and recon­di­tioned with­out elec­trol­y­sis. We exam­ine slot width and basis. Sub­se­quent­ly we sort the parts per tooth and man­u­fac­tur­er.

On request we also mea­sure and sort for torque val­ues.

Ceram­ic brack­ets of all man­u­fac­tur­ers are treat­ed best as well.

After a gen­tle clean­ing process and a thor­ough inspec­tion, the brack­ets are
sort­ed per tooth. For a bet­ter adhe­sion, the bond­ing areas of ceram­ic brack­ets
are man­u­al­ly silanized.

Defec­tive brack­ets will be sent back at no charge.
